7 Easy Steps to Whiter Teeth!
...Its as easy as child's play!
Step 1 - Lets Practice First!
Before placing the trays into the warm water its a good idea to practice sucking the air out from the tray. When you suck the air out the tray, the tray will fit tighter due to a lack of air this is what you want to feel. This is the procedure you will use when you retrieve the trays from the boiling water to contour the tray to the inside surface of your teeth. Do the same procedure with the other tray with your lower teeth.
Step 2 - Boiling Water 
Boil a pan of water approximately 4" in depth so that the tray will be immersed keeping the tab above the water. After the water has come to a boil, remove the water from the heat and place the tray in the hot water, but not in the boiling water. Leave in water for 5 seconds, please note the trays become very pliable at this point and will tend to stick together. While the trays are in this state avoid twirling them as it may ruin the natural contour of the tray.
Step 3 - Fitting Time! 
Remove the tray from the water and quickly place the tray around your teeth and suck the air out like you did in Step 1 and hold for around 10 seconds. Do the same for the lower tray.
| Tip: To avoid gel contact with the soft tissue (gums), take small scissors and/or nail clippers and trim your trays on the gingival line (teeth/gum line). |
Step 4 - Dry
Dry the Teeth with a clean dry cloth making sure to dry both front and back of the teeth.
Step 5 - Bleaching 
Ensure to brush and floss Teeth before apply the Gel to maximize the Whitening performance of the gel.
Place a small drop of gel per tooth impression in the front portion of the tray for the primary 6-8 teeth (this will be the teeth exposed when smiling) Use approximately 1/4 cc of gel per tooth. Be careful not to overload the tray. Place the upper and lower trays in your mouth for approximately 15 - 30 minutes.
Step 6 - Wipe any Excess Gel Away
Make sure you wipe away any excess gel that may be exposed to the gums outside of the tray. Remove tray, rinse, and brush teeth. Clean the trays with cold water before and after each treatment.
Step 7 - Repeat!
Repeat process daily until desired results are accomplished. If you experience sensitivity, discontinue use for 2-4 days and try again. The extra tooth sensitivity is a very common side effect to bleaching and is expected so don't be alarmed.
